We are looking for a UI Designer with a passion for building innovative, user-centered design solutions to challenging business problems and transform ideas and concepts into amazing user experiences!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives;
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences;
- Creation of user-centered designs by considering brand & product requirements, research insights and technical requirements;
- Plan and implement new designs (websites, mobile apps, B2B interfaces etc);
- Optimize existing user interface designs;
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX and usability problems;
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas;
- Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:- Previous working experience as a UI Designer for 4 years;
- Excellent portfolio showcasing UI design projects across multiple platforms;
- Experience with design software and wireframing tools;
- Experience in using UX and UI design best practices to design solutions, and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design;
- Good knowledge of usability principles and best practices;
- Good knowledge of design systems;
- Knowledge of the UX design process from user research, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing and iterating;
- Big plus: front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS, basic Javascript) to implement your own layouts;
- Be open to receiving feedback and improving upon it;
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Ability to express your thoughts in English (written or spoken).
